The 6.5 × 10 m E-Shaped Floating Dock combines a 10-metre straight walkway along the shore with three 5-metre arms. Between the top, middle, and bottom arms are two berthing pockets sheltered on three sides, so two boats can berth at once without being pushed by crosscurrents. With the main walkway parallel to the shoreline, the E-shape makes good use of long but shallow waterfronts. Passengers can board from both sides of each boat, and the middle arm doubles as a divider between craft.
